History

Our success story

Joachim Raguse is one of the pioneers in the German market for disposables in the field of surgery. With the foundation of an own company in the year 1980 Raguse pursued the goal to supply customers with surgical drapes, surgical gowns, and custom procedure trays capably, flexibly, and reliably in the fields of industry, trade, stationary and ambulant patient care within the domestic and foreign markets. Simultaneously always in focus: An ideal patient care with high-quality and reliable products and solutions.

Since that day the company Raguse with its longtime experience and a capable staff has grown to one of the most significant actors on the national and international stage in the field of medical devices. The name Raguse is in the meantime an integral part of the medical device industry.

Relocation to Ascheberg-Herbern/Münsterland into rented production and administration buildings

Relocation to the first company owned premises in Lindenstraße 24, Ascheberg-Herbern

First participation in MEDICA, one of the most important trade fairs in the medical industry

Foundation of a second production site in Romania in Cluj-Napoca (Klausenburg)

Relocation of the Romanian production site to rented premises in Cisnadie-Heltau (distance to Sibiu/Hermannstadt 12 km)
